Tabememo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tabememo (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App lets you store meal photos, places, notes, tags, and related information on your device and look back on them later. You are responsible for managing the content you record.

2. Stored data

Meal records and photos are generally stored on your device. Data may be lost because of App deletion, device failure, operating-system problems, or your own deletion actions. Keep any separate copies that you consider important.

3. Paid features

The App may offer “Tabememo Pro” as a one-time purchase. Purchases, billing, refunds, and related procedures are governed by App Store or Google Play terms and processes. Checking or restoring a purchase may require communication with the store and purchase-management service.

4. Advertising

The free version may display ads. Ads are not displayed while Tabememo Pro is active. Ad content and delivery conditions may vary based on the advertising provider’s systems.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals
• Interfere with operation, distribution, review, payment, or ad delivery for the App
• Improperly analyze, modify, or redistribute the App
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Engage in other conduct the operator reasonably considers inappropriate

6. Disclaimer

The operator does not guarantee that the App will suit a particular purpose or operate accurately, completely, or continuously. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Changes

The operator may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms take effect when displayed on this page or within the App.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
