Dice 21 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dice 21 (the “App”) handles information.

1. Information stored on your device

The App primarily stores the following information on your device to provide the game and retain your settings:

The App does not provide a feature that sends this game data to the operator’s servers. Deleting the App also deletes its on-device data.

2. Information processed by external services

The App uses the following external services to provide its features.

RevenueCat

The App uses RevenueCat to check, purchase, and restore the theme pack and monthly Supporter Pass. Purchase status, App Store transaction information, an app-specific anonymous identifier, and other information needed to manage purchases may be sent to RevenueCat.

Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform

The free version may show Google AdMob ads at natural breaks after a game ends. Google may process information such as approximate location inferred from an IP address, device or app-related identifiers, advertising data, interactions with ads, crash information, and performance information to deliver and frequency-cap ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and diagnose problems.

The App does not request access to the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. All ad requests are limited to non-personalized ads. The App also disables Google Mobile Ads publisher first-party ID and publisher personalization.

Before initializing ads, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update advertising consent information. Where required by applicable law and the configured region, UMP may display a Google-provided privacy message. The App does not request ads until UMP reports that ads may be requested. Where UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, the Store screen shows “Ad privacy options” so you can review the message again.

If consent information cannot be updated and no valid previous consent state allows ads, or if privacy configuration or SDK initialization fails, the App does not request ads during that launch.

Ads are not shown while the monthly Supporter Pass or a supported migrated ad-free entitlement is active. The App does not initialize or request ads while purchase status is being checked or cannot be confirmed. If you purchase an ad-free entitlement after ads were used during the same launch, the App stops later ad requests, although an SDK that was already initialized cannot be unloaded during that launch.

App Store

Distribution, payment, restoration, and refund processing are handled through Apple’s systems and policies.

3. Sharing with third parties

The operator does not sell or provide your game data to third parties except when required by law. The external services listed above may process information only as needed to provide their respective services.

4. Deleting data and changing your choices

Deleting the App also deletes its on-device game data and settings. App Store purchase history remains subject to Apple’s systems and policies.

Where UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, you can review or change your choices using “Ad privacy options” on the App’s Store screen.

5. Children

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. Children should not enter personal information without permission from a parent or guardian.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when features, external services, or legal requirements change. Important changes will be communicated on this page or within the App.
